1. Who is this programme for?
The programme is open to individuals from racially marginalised backgrounds across Greater Manchester who are passionate about civic leadership and driving social change. Participants may include professionals, activists, community organisers, and emerging leaders looking to deepen their impact in the public sphere.
The We Lead for Legacy programme, funded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is delivered by She Leads for Legacy in collaboration with Flourish Together and other key stakeholders committed to inclusive civic leadership. It aligns with Greater Manchester’s wider strategy to foster equitable representation in leadership and governance.

2. What will I gain from joining?
By joining, you'll acquire practical leadership skills, receive one-on-one mentorship, and connect with a powerful network of peers and experienced civic leaders. These benefits empower you to make a lasting impact in your community.

3. How do I apply?
