Queen Bee Coaching/SLL Leadership Programme

She Leads for Legacy has partnered with Queen Bee Coaching (QBC) to provide fully-funded coaching for Black women in Manchester. 

 

QBC is a Greater Manchester Voluntary Organisation and for the last 5 years they have provided personal coaching over 100 women and have a pool of over 80 fantastic coaches. 

 

Collectively we have a vision of a world where all women have a voice and the power to lead.

 

QBC offers free coaching to support all women, particularly those from diverse backgrounds and experiences, to overcome barriers, increase their impact on society and rise to positions of influence, in order to accelerate Greater Manchester towards equity. 

 

Our partnership in 2023 and 2024 meant that 15 Black women took the opportunity to develop their own potential - this is what they said: 

 

Queen Bee Coaching has had such a positive impact on my life. I struggled with confidence, my coach was constantly listening and had compassion. I gained validation, believing more in myself. It was an amazing experience.

It's unbelievable, the support I've had has been amazing. There's real insight into how you are as a person, I now feel like I have a voice and I've been given a seat at the table. This is only the start.
